Position Summary We’re looking for a clinician who treats every member like family – who listens closely, meets people right where they are, and does whatever it takes to get them the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
We’re seeking adaptable, rapid-thinking clinicians who thrive in a dynamic urgent care environment. You will provide high-quality acute, episodic, and immediate care while helping deliver an acute care model designed around access, transparency, and a superior patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based acute care for all ages.
- Manage minor injuries, acute illness, procedures, and rapid diagnostics.
- Work efficiently across rotating schedules as part of a collaborative team.
- Deliver care through a hybrid model: on-site and telemedicine.
- Uphold our values and contribute to a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in operational optimization and model innovation (acute care membership, care pathways, efficiency pilots).
What You’ll Bring (Required)
- ARNP/PA with urgent care or ED experience.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments, procedures, and broad clinical presentations.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable to both in-person and virtual care delivery.
- Strong communication and empathy skills; unwavering commitment to “Do Right By People.”
