Our Urgent Care is staffed by providers, nurses and support staff skilled in caring for patients with acute illnesses and injuries. We will offer on-site diagnostic screening, and laboratory services to ensure your individual needs are met efficiently. Note: Due to delays, on-site x-ray is not available at this time but is coming soon.
Whether you are dealing with a condition outside of your doctor’s hours or you don’t currently have a medical home, our 24/7 urgent care will be available for treatment of an array of non-life-threatening conditions, including flu, fever, earaches, insect bites, sprains, simple fractures, eye injuries and cuts requiring stitches.
As the Des Moines’ metros only 24/7, every day urgent care, you can rest assured that when the need arises – even if it is in the middle of the night – that Exemplar Care will be there to serve you.
We are conveniently located just one block north of Interstate 80 in West Des Moines, making our clinic easily accessible from anywhere in the Des Moines metro. Our Urgent Care clinic is provided at no cost as a benefit to our member patients. We also accept all major insurance carriers and self-pay patients.
