Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care has opened a new medical clinic in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, expanding its Direct Primary Care model with a new location at 3900 Fountains Blvd. NE.
The clinic, part of Hy-Vee, Inc.’s growing healthcare offering, provides membership-based medical services to employer groups, families, and individuals. Members receive unlimited access to primary and walk-in services for a transparent, fixed monthly fee, with no copays or per-visit charges.
“Our providers are committed to delivering convenient, quality care at an affordable and transparent price that patients and employers can feel good about,” said Dr. Daniel Fick, Hy-Vee’s senior vice president, Chief Medical Officer and President of Hy-Vee Health.
