Our urgent / walk-in care is staffed by providers, nurses and support staff skilled in caring for patients with acute illnesses and injuries. We offer on-site diagnostic screening, x-rays, and laboratory services to ensure your individual needs are met efficiently.

24/7 urgent care in West Des Moines

Whether you are dealing with a condition outside of your doctor’s hours or you don’t currently have a medical home, our 24/7 urgent care is available for treatment.

At Hy-Vee Health Exemplar Care, we bill non-members’ insurance as a Primary Care Provider (PCP), not an urgent care clinic, which can often result in a lower copay for you.

While we accept all major insurance providers, many offshoot plans have separate contracts. We recommend calling the number on your insurance card to confirm we’re in-network before your visit to avoid surprises.
